I had a problem receiving my order for a bug zapper. Kevin was so helpful, and professional! Without question, he shipped a replacement order. 2 days before receiving the replacement, the original order came! I advised Kevin I would like to keep them both. The whole fiasco ended to my complete satisfaction! In my opinion, Kevin is a "Super Star"! I will be ordering again in the future!
I am a first time user and I am having the worst experience. I placed an order in April and I was told I would get it by May 4th and have not seen my order yet. I have sent emails and keep getting a different response date. This was suppose to a Mother's day gift for my Mother and it looks as if this is not going to happen. I just simply want my package more than anything or my money back. I cannot get a living person to contact me and that is not good customer service especially for someone who is trying you out gir the first time!

I had a wonderful and helpful experience with Customer Service person CJ (Mercatalyst). I sent an email and they fixed the issue and responded within just a few hours! Which was wonderful for me because I had a horrible feeling since this was my first time using the company and didn't know anything about it.
Ordered Clamp Champion at a GREAT price (and free shipping). A part was missing (not Morning Save's fault). MS tried to get us the needed part, but could not (by the way, the actual company has never replied to any of the many ways we have tried to contact them). MS immediately refunded the entire order price, with no return necessary. WOW...who does that but a company with great customer service. I will definitely order from them again with confidence!

I sent an email on Friday explaining how my smartwatch I ordered was not keeping a charge. I received an email back already today (usually you wait a week), from Ariana. She was so amazing and handled my issue with such grace and ease. It's not very often you receive such wonderful service. I will recommend Morning Save to everyone I know.
My wife and I have used MorningSave products for a while now with great results. If you do have an issue, such as shipping, even if it is not MorningSave's fault, they make it right. The service is outstanding, very responsive and understanding!
Sam did a great job. I mentioned that I did not input a discount code and he took care of it. This is my first order. Keep up the good work.
I had purchased a Prosave heated Messager, and stored it. I suffered a sciatic nerve attack and remembered buying this.The doctor said yes this us good however it was missing the battery and the AC cord? I emailed Morning Save for a replacement of both components. Jackie tried to help however because the item was no longer in stock and I couldn't be helped I was sent a FedEx label for return and refund. This is the best Customer service that I've ever experienced, and a great reason for me remaining a loyal customer! Thank you ! Keep up the great work!
I recently received cosmetics I ordered from MorningSave which had a bad smell as if the foundation was very old. I informed MorningSave just to let them know that the manufacturer may have sent them out-of-date products but I didn't expect anything. Much to my surprise, I received a response back the same day I wrote to them and they refunded my money. Imagine my surprise to have great customer service these days. I am so impressed with MorningSave that I will not hesitate to continue using them. I never had a problem in the past and they are also quick to send out orders. Thank you MorningSave!
Recently I had a concern about an order I placed with MorningSave. I received an email about my order being processed and an estimated delivery date. By the estimated delivery date I had not yet received my order nor any other communication from MorningSave so I emailed them about this concern. In less than 24 hours I received an email back from Ariana (Mercatalyst) explaining she had looked into my problem and they found a holdup in shipping. They fixed the problem immediately and Ariana even refunded my shipping cost. What a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Excellent Customer Service! And contacting them was super easy too with the link they send with order info. I am very pleased with the service I got from MorningSave.
I received a product that had a scratch on it. I inquired about swapping it out for a new one, was responded to very quickly, and Megan corrected it with quick response and friendly attitude. I’m so very thankful and very pleased!!! Morning Save will get my business in the future. Thanks again!!
I had ordered some blue tooth speakers and light combo, They came two in a package. I had a problem with them when they arrived and contacted side deal. I got a very quick answer with a solution which made me very happy! Megan helped me quickly and was wonderful!

How can I return a product? Also the direction paper shows a different camera than what I got. With different places where switches should be period example on and off button is supposed to be on the side I don't have any honor off buttons.
